Academic Research and Development Manager
The Academic Research and Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring the continual progress and innovation of all academic programs at the Institute. The Institute is a highly prestigious learning centre and are dedicated to ensuring that high standards are continually met. Key responsibilities within the role are as follows:
-Biannual reviews of each academic program, ensuring the relevance and up-to-date nature of each program
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant research programs and happenings
-Develop links with faculty advisors and encourage academic innovation through each faculty
The Academic Research and Development Manager will be an educational leader with demonstrated achievements and experience in the higher education sector. The incumbent will have a passion for research and development, and ultimately student success. Strong communication and administration skills are necessary, and the role has a number of key internal and external stakeholders. Ideally with a PhD, or other academic qualifications and demonstrated experience in a similar role, this busy and autonomous role should attract applicants who have higher education experience, and ideally experience with TEQSA accreditation.
